Question:

Where can I find my username and password?

Answer:

When you enrolled in the MTM Elite Trader Community, you received an email with your username and password. If you have forgotten your password, simply go to the login screen and click on "forgot password".

 

Question:

Is there a transcript of the chats available?

Answer:

Yes. In this state-of-the-art Trader Community, you can choose to "Follow" other members. When you Follow other members, their posts are automatically emailed to you at the time they post them, and in a weekly "digest". 

 

Question:

How do I opt out of email notifications?

Answer:

You can manage your email settings to control how you get emails. By default, you will get transcripts of the Chatwall posts from the people you follow delivered via email each week, plus emails of their posts real time. You can uncheck this setting to stop receiving these emails.

 

Question:

Is there a chart room?

Answer:

Charting is not a feature embedded in the Community itself. However, traders can post screenshots of charts from another platform, or their broker on the Chatwall. Additionally, when a Member hovers the cursor over a stock symbol on the Chatwall or in the Watchlist, a chart of that stock "pops up". The member can click on that pop up to get more market information on that stock.

Who do I contact if there is an issue in the Community?
