Where can I find my username and password?

Answer:

When you enrolled in the MTM Trader Chatroom, you received an email with your username and password. If you have forgotten your password, simply go to the login screen and click on "forgot password".

 

Question:

Is there charting available in the room?

Answer:

Charting is not a feature embedded in the Community itself. However, traders can post screenshots of charts from another platform, or their broker in the Chatroom. Jing is an easy way to post a screenshot of a chart.

 

Question:

Who do I contact if there is an issue in the Community?

Answer:

If there is ever any issue in the Community (technological, ethical, or otherwise) please don't hesitate to contact admin[@]markettaker[dot]com
