How do I log in for my 1-on-1 Coaching Session?
About five minutes before your scheduled session time, you'll receive a GoTo Meeting invitation from your coach. Simply click the link and follow the prompts. If this is your first time using GoTo Meeting, you may have to download the software to access the platform. It is helpful to have a USB headset for your session.
What if I have trouble logging on to GoTo Meeting?
New users sometimes have trouble logging in to GoTo Meeting. Often, this is the result of the new user being unfamiliar with the platform and requires some trial and error on the part of the student. The new user may need to download the GoTo Meeting software to participate in the online events. Occasionally (rarely) Market Taker or GoTo Meeting has technical issues that can result in trouble logging in. On these rare occasions, Market Taker makes every effort to correct the issue in a timely manner. Any time dedicated to the 1-on-1 Session that is spent resolving technical issues will be made up for either during that session or at a time in the future.
