How do I ask a question in class?

Answer:

Most Market Taker classes are very interactive and welcomes questions from students. To ask a question in an online class, simply scroll down on the GoTo Webinar user interface to where it says question and type in your question. The instructor will read your question and answer it for the class.

Am I able to see other student’s questions?

Answer:

No. Market Taker screens questions to avoid a presentation cluttered with irrelevant comments or off-topic questions. However, all questions that are even somewhat relevant to the topic are addressed by the presenter.

What if I have a question outside of class?

Answer:

Market Taker Mentoring is happy to answer an occasional question from a student to help him or her in the learning process. If a student wants the ability to ask more questions, the student can enroll in the Market Taker Mentoring Email Hotline. The Email Hotline gives students unlimited access to the Market Taker instructor’s vast knowledge and experience. Students enrolled in the Email Hotline may send in option-trading-related questions via email. Questions will be answered in detail within 24 hours on business days.

What if I don’t receive an invitation to my class?

Answer:

When a student does not receive an invitation to a class in which he or she is enrolled, the student should first check any spam of junk folders where the email could have erroneously been routed. If the student still cannot find the invitation, the student should send an email to admin@markettaker.com at least two hours before the scheduled class time.

What if I have trouble logging on to GoTo Webinar?

Answer:

New users sometimes have trouble logging in to GoTo Webinar. Often, this is the result of the new user being unfamiliar with the platform and requires some trial and error on the part of the student. The new user may need to download the GoTo Webinar software to participate in the online events. Occasionally (rarely) Market Taker or GoTo Webinar has technical issues that can result in trouble logging in. On these rare occasions, Market Taker makes every effort to correct the issue in a timely manner.

Are there certain questions that are off limits in the class?

Answer:

No. Market Taker Mentoring had the goal of helping our students to be prepared traders. Market Taker goes above and beyond every time to help our students learn what they need to succeed. Questions are encouraged. Market Taker kindly asks that students keep questions relevant to the material being discussed. Off-topic questions may be addressed via email, or students may enroll in the MTM Email Hotline for unlimited questions via email.
