When students enroll online for many Market Taker Mentoring programs, including the MTM Community Chatroom, they are signed up for auto-renewal. If you do not wish to renew, simply go to https://markettaker.com/cancelation_of_service/ and request a cancelation.

If I cancel my subscription before my renewal date, do I receive a refund?

No. Market Taker Mentoring has a strict no-refund policy.

How do I renew my subscription to my class?

Answer
When students enroll online for any Market Taker Mentoring classes or subscriptions, they get access to the Chatroom for free. For non-students, a few days before the end of your first enrollment period, you may receive an email reminder that you will be auto-renewed. If you do not wish to renew, simply go to https://markettaker.com/cancelation_of_service/ and request a cancelation.
